Baby Boot Camp Program for New Moms Begins Aug. 20 at Shoppes at Farmington Valley

Classes will be held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Baby Boot Camp, the fitness and nutrition program for new moms has announced its "latest bundle of joy," — Baby Boot Camp CT — Avon, Farmington & West Hartford.

Delivered by nationally certified fitness professionals, Baby Boot Camp stroller-fitness classes combine strength-training exercises with cardiovascular drills in 60-minute sessions. Pilates, yoga and abdominal exercises help improve core strength.

West Hartford owner Brenda Holian is looking forward to helping moms who are seeking to support nutrition, fitness and healthy lifestyle habits in their families and their communities. ”

In addition to STROLLERFIT and STROLLGA stroller fitness classes, Baby Boot Camp offers a 5K Training Program and Nutrition Solutions, a 4-week nutrition program for women, as well as Earth’s Best® StrollerFriends®, a free moms’ club to support healthy families.

“Health and fitness have always been an important part of my life,” Holian said. “I am excited to bring the Baby Boot Camp program to my community and help moms of the Farmington Valley achieve their health and fitness goals.” Brenda is certified as a personal trainer through the National Federation of Personal Trainers.

She lives in West Hartford with her husband and one year old son.

A Grand Opening celebration for Baby Boot Camp CT- Avon, Farmington & West Hartford will be held Aug. 20, 9 a.m., at The in front of Kiddly Winks. Email brenda.holian@babybootcamp.com to reserve a spot.

Beginning Aug. 22, Baby Boot Camp classes will be offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 am to 10 am.
