Emergency officials opened up Route 44 near the Glenwood condos shortly before 1:30 pm Saturday after an earlier two-car accident. Initial reports indicated injuries were not too serious.
Traffic on local road like East Hill and Dyer was backed up during the incident due to vehicle diversions.
Police are also responding to reports of a car off the road at Morgan near Cherry Brook Road. According to police radio reports, the driver is not injured.
At 1:45 p.m. another car was reported off the road at 92 East Hill.
