Nutmeg Symphony Orchestra to Dedicate Concert to Victims of Newtown

Sunday concert will include Romantic Serenades

This weekend, The Nutmeg Symphony Orchestra will dedicate its Romantic Serenades concert to the memory of those who died in Newtown on Dec. 14, 2012.

The show will take place Sunday Jan. 27 at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, 355 Camp St. Bristol.

The show includes the following pieces: 

  • Johannes Brahms, Serenade #2
  • Antonin Dvorak, Serenade for Winds

Join the Nutmeg Symphony Orchestra in its presentation of these two beautiful masterpieces of the romantic serenade literature.
