Among the stories to be enjoyed are two bedtime favorites.  The Kiss That Missed by David Melling tells the story of a disrupted bedtime when a busy King blows a kiss to his son.  The kiss goes astray, out the window and into the dark and spooky woods.  When the king sends a young Knight to retrieve the kiss, the Knight and his horse must face bears, owls, wolves, and a dragon before the kiss reaches its intended destination.  (Youngsters at the PJ Story Time will have a chance to play  “Pin the Kiss on the Prince.”) In Hush Little Dragon by Boni Ashburn, a young dragon’s bedtime is postponed when he and his dragon mama go in search of a snack.  How will they satisfy their bedtime hunger?  Their choices include a magician, a princess, a knight, and a king.  The story is set to the popular bedtime song “Hush, Little Baby.”
