Indian Artifact Collection Dedication

The Canton Historical Museum is holding a formal dedication reception for its recently donated Indian artifacts collection. The collection of more than 300 spear and arrowhead projectiles was gathered by George Plude of Avon early in the last century in Avon, Simsbury, and Farmington and was recently donated to the Canton Historical Museum for display. Some items date back 10,000 years. The public is invited to attend.
