Brother Joscephus & The Love Revival Revolution Orchestra @ Bridge Street Live

Brother Joscephus and the Love Revival Revolution Orchestra is a 12-piece explosion of righteousness blending New Orleans party music, soul in the style of Ray Charles and Al Green, a good helping of jam-bandy roots rock and a splash of upbeat (non-religious) gospel into a feel-good gumbo of love. Whenever the band takes the stage, it’s Fat Tuesday of Mardi Gras in New Orleans. A Love Revival with BroJo is more than just excellent music - it’s a complete spectacle, a feast for the eyes as well as the ears. They break out parasols, start each set with a parade through the audience and throw out hundreds of beads over the course of a show.

BroJo is guaranteed to get everyone, from ages 2 to 102, up and dancing - as they’ve done numerous times at venues such as BB King’s, Brooklyn Bowl, Blue Nile, Tipitina’s (FQ), Harper’s Ferry, The Middle East, and in New Orleans itself, playing 13 shows in 12 days during Jazz Fest. You do not want to miss this show!
