Canton Summer Concert Series Begins July 10

The free concerts will be held Thursdays from July 10 to Aug. 14.

The following information is from the Canton Parks and Recreation Department website.

Canton Parks and Recreation's six week Summer Concert Series is held on Thursday evenings from July 10 to Aug. 14, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Mills Pond Park.

We invite families and people of all ages to come out and enjoy the wide variety of music being offered. We encourage you to bring lawn chairs and blankets to lay back and relax! 

The Canton Lions Club will be selling hotdogs, hamburgers, snacks, soda and water. In the event of inclement weather the concerts will be held at the Town Hall Auditorium.

July 10 - Farmington Valley Orchestra
Genre: Traditional American Music/ Big Band Classical

July 17 - Hannah’s Field w/Special Guest Carrie Johnson Band
Genre: Contemporary Folk & Alt/Country 

July 24 - Please and Thank You String Band
Genre: Classic Contemporary Folk Music/Bluegrass

July 31 – Down Right Music Band
Genre: House Band- New/Classic Music Showcase for Students

August 7 - Brian MacDonald Band
Genre: Classic Rock/Blues Rock

August 14 - Driving Iris Band
Genre: Classic Rock Hits
