A draft report on the feasibility of an enclosure and year-round operation at Mills Pond Pool has been released and is available on Canton's Park and Recreation Web site. See it here.
The information will be presented to the Board of Selectmen Wednesday night.
Mythic Sports Group was hired to costs and potential revenue, pros and cons from operating year-round. Town officials would then have to discuss the ideas before potentially moving forward.
In February Canton residents voted 106 to 38 to spend up to $12,500 to have a consultant further investigate the idea. Mythic was hired for $10,500.
