The Jim Calhoun Cancer Challenge Ride and Walk, a 75 mile bike ride, will be held thisSaturday, June 8 between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Expect bicycle riders on Route 44 eastbound from the New Hartford town line, turning left onto Rte. 179 northbound and then right onto Case St northbound to the Granby town line. The roads will not be closed to vehicular traffic, however please use caution, slow down, and obey traffic rules as there will be numerous bicyclists in the area.
