Community Corner

Thank you!

Thanks for giving! It is with heartfelt gratitude that the Canton Food Bank would like to thank all the many individuals, church and community organizations who support us during the holiday season and throughout the year. The Ecumenical Thanksgiving Service on Nov. 24 with participants from Canton Community Baptist Church, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Collinsville Congregational Church, Congregational Church of Burlington, First Congregational Church of Canton Center, North Canton Community United Methodist Church, St. Patrick’s Church of Collinsville and Trinity Episcopal Church raised over $700 for the Food Bank. Numerous bags of non-perishable food items have been dropped off from many of these churches as well. There is not room here to list all the individuals who also donate to the Food Bank, but be assured that everyone’s generosity is greatly appreciated! It is only with the support of everyone in the community that the Canton Food Bank can continue to assist those in need, especially during the holiday season. Again, thank you all so much!
