All proceeds from the event will go to Gifts of Love, an Avon-based non-profit agency that provides basic needs – food, clothing, furniture and other household items, energy assistance – to people in the Greater Hartford area. The families served by GoL's programs face a short-term crisis in their lives due to reduced working hours, illness, divorce, death of a spouse/mate, domestic abuse, or a significant unexpected increase in expenses. Gifts of Love helps them put their lives back in order and regain independence.
