"For the Birds" - CCNS Makes Donation to "Gallery of Trees"

Canton Community Nursery School students submitted a decorated tree to The Canton Historical Museum's "Gallery of Trees".  The tree this year is based on the children’s book Night Tree by Eve Bunting, and is adorned with edible treats for the birds.  The three year old class created edible icicles made of Fruit Loops on pipe cleaners.  The four year old class made bagels encrusted with birdseed, garlands of sliced apples, cheerios, popcorn, and cranberries, and citrus cups of lard and birdseed.  When the display closes on December 15, some family will get to put the tree outdoors and observe who comes for a holiday snack!
