Fabulous Fall Fun at Canton Connections

Our outstanding fall weather has allowed much outdoor fun to take place at Canton Connections this year.  Softball, kickball, jump rope and even a beach ball game, in the midst of the wind-swept leaf piles, were enjoyed by the children.  Leaves were flying and laughter could be heard everywhere!

Indoor activities have been endlessly creative as the children built log cabin villages, made autumn center pieces and wreaths using pine cones and leaves, created snakes and stars with a variety of beads, and steadily focused on their work for the Christmas tree entitled "Seeing Christmas through the Eyes of a Child", which will be donated to the annual Gallery of Trees at the Canton Historical Museum.  This museum fundraiser will be held from Saturday, 11/23/13, starting with the Gala from 6:30 to 9:00 PM, and runs through Sunday, 12/15/13.
