The number of Single Family homes sold over the past twelve months have increased by 11.7% from the same period twelve months prior. 
The median ( one half above and one half below) selling price has increased by 5.9% .

These statistics are based on information reported to and compiled by the Conneccticut Multiple Listing Services, Inc. covering the period 4/1/2012 to 4/11/2014.
