A New Britain man who visited a West Hartford medical clinic complaining of a vague sexual condition was charged with public indecency after exposing himself to employees, West Hartford police said. Gabriel Rivera, 29, was also charged with breach of peace, police said. A man stole a piece of heavy construction equipment and took out mailboxes, signs and barricades as he drove it down a residential street, Farmington police said.
