LaSalle Market Hosts Monthly Band Jam Night
Collinsville's busy LaSalle Market holds a popular Open Mic Night each Friday night at 6 p.m. hosted alternately by Eric Paradine and Con "Coyote" Doty, both familiar to music fans around town and the region.
Since adding a bar serving beer and wine in 2011, the venue has hosted a monthly Band Jam Night, held on the last Saturday of each month. This month's show, running from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. this Saturday, features Eric Paradine along with Paul Tieger.
The two musicians plan to play solo sets and some songs together, including covers and originals by both of the songwriters.

Roaring Brook Concerts
Concerts at Roaring Brook Nature Center bring some of the nation's best acts in blues, folk and other genres to Canton. This week is no exception, as Paul Rishell and Annie Raines return to for a blues concert featuring original songs and classic covers. Paul is on acoustic, National Steel, slide and electric guitar, along with fulfilling vocal duties, while Annie brings a refreshing female vocal perspective along with her talents on the harmonica.

Fireplace Cafe
Tonight, Friday, The Beaner Band performs at the Fireplace Cafe on River Street at 9:30 p.m.
Jr Krauss and the Shakes, ever popular at the Fireplace, return Saturday night at 9:30 p.m. to put on a show featuring jazz, rockabilly, blues and rock 'n' roll.
Acoustic Open Mic Night, hosted by singer-songwriter "GrimFacts" Ed Hoyer, Jr., continues each Tuesday starting at 8:30 p.m., and attracts a regular crew of musicians from right here in town.
Crown & Hammer Pub & Restaurant
Dan Stevens is slated to perform tonight, Friday, at the Crown & Hammer Restaurant & Pub from 9:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.
On Saturday, Mark Miller and Jonathan Lichtig of Northwest Connecticut's roots-rock band The Regulators will be on hand at the Crown for a set featuring guitar, drums and vocals.
Trivia Night, held every Thursday night at the Crown, has become an increasingly popular night at the bar. Enter as a team to win prizes for the best knowledge of the night's trivia answers.
Flatbread Company
The Flatbread Company hosts live entertainment each Thursday night from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. This week features one of their regular entertainers, Paul Schlein.

At La Trattoria Restaurant, members of jazz band Swing 39 play as a trio on Fridays from 7 to 10 p.m., and return as a duo Thursdays from 7 to 10 p.m. On Saturdays pianist John Lomartra from Cromwell entertains from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.
Asian restaurant and lounge Rice Fields has resumed their weekly Karaoke Nights. They are now on Fridays from around 8 to 11:30 p.m. in the special events room.
The Hub Bar & Grille hosts weekly Karaoke Nights on Wednesdays at 9 p.m. and Saturdays at 9:30 p.m. They are open to all interested singers, trained and amateur alike.
