Inez Bromberg, 63, of 1 Ridgefield Place, Avon, was charged on March 19 at 5:11 p.m. with sixth-degree larceny.
Walter Zagrabelny, 40, of 104 Goodwin Ave., Wethersfield, was charged at 12:32 p.m. March 19 with operating with registration or license suspended or revoked, and operating a motor vehicle while using a hand-held mobile telephone.
